Cavions is operated by Commerzia Digital, based in Kalamassery, Ernakulam, Kerala, India. References to “we”, “us”, or “Cavions” mean Commerzia Digital.

You must be at least 13 years old to use Cavions. You are responsible for everything that happens under your account, including keeping your password secure and not sharing your login credentials with anyone else. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

Credits are used to power video generation. Credits never expire and are non-transferable between accounts. Subscriptions auto-renew through UPI AutoPay or your saved card until you cancel. You can cancel any subscription at any time from the Billing section of your account; your plan remains active until the end of the paid cycle.

You agree not to use Cavions to generate content that is illegal, hateful, sexually explicit involving minors, defamatory, or that infringes on the intellectual property of others. You also agree not to create deepfakes of real people without their consent. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

You own the videos you create using Cavions, subject to your compliance with these terms. You grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to store, display, and process your content solely so that we can deliver the service to you. We may use anonymised, aggregated metadata to improve our models — we do not use the content of your videos to train shared models.

We aim for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may add, modify, or remove features as the product evolves. We will provide reasonable notice for any change that materially affects how you use the service.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or relating to your use of Cavions is limited to the amount you paid us in the three (3) months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill.

You may stop using the service and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these terms or use the service in a way that creates legal or operational risk for us.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Ernakulam, Kerala.
