1. Subscriptions
You can cancel any subscription at any time from the Billing section of your account. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid cycle — there are no pro-rated refunds for partial months. Cancelling your subscription does not refund credits already added to your wallet.
2. 7-day money-back guarantee (first-time subscribers only)
If this is your first paid subscription with Cavions and you have used fewer than 10 credits, you can request a full refund within 7 days of the original purchase. Email info@cavions.com with your invoice number and registered email address.
3. Pay-as-you-go credit packs
Credits purchased separately (custom amounts or quick packs) are non-refundable once they are added to your account, because rendering compute is reserved the moment a credit is spent. Unused credits never expire — you can use them whenever you want.
4. Failed renders
If a video fails to render due to an issue on our side, the credits used are automatically refunded to your wallet within 5 minutes. You do not need to contact us.
5. Duplicate or unauthorised charges
If you notice a duplicate UPI or card charge, please raise a dispute with your bank and email us at info@cavions.com with the UTR number or transaction reference. We process verified duplicate refunds within 5–7 business days, back to the original payment method.
6. How long do refunds take?
Approved refunds are credited to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. UPI refunds usually arrive within 24 hours. Card refunds may take longer depending on your card-issuing bank.
7. Chargebacks
Please contact us before raising a chargeback — we resolve almost every billing issue within 48 hours. Chargebacks raised without first contacting us, or that are later found to be unjustified, may result in suspension of the associated account.
